Payments FAQ — GCash, Maya & GoTyme Limits and Cashout Times
Everything about moving money in and out of 7SPIN, answered in peso terms. All play is peso-denominated, so there is no currency conversion to worry about.
The numbers that govern every transaction
Deposits and withdrawals at 7SPIN run on the same rails Filipino wallets already use. These are the caps and speeds that apply:
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| GCash | Instant, up to ₱100,000/day (min ₱50) | Minutes to ~1 hr | Casino side fee-free; cash-in free to ₱8,000/mo then ~2% |
| Maya | Instant | Minutes to a few hrs | ~₱15 per outbound InstaPay transfer on Maya's side |
| GoTyme | Instant (InstaPay / QRPh) | Real-time to a few hrs | Free InstaPay transfers |
| InstaPay rail | Seconds | Instant to minutes | ₱50,000 per txn · ₱500,000 per day |
| PESONet | Same/next banking day | Same/next banking day | No fixed per-txn cap — best for large amounts |
Why GCash is the default
- It settles over InstaPay, so approved payouts arrive within minutes, 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
- There is no casino-side fee on GCash payouts.
- The only wrinkle is a nightly wallet maintenance window around 12:00–03:00 PHT, when a transfer may briefly queue.
When to use PESONet or a bank instead
InstaPay is capped at ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per day. If a single win is larger than that, you have two clean options:
- Split the withdrawal across days to stay inside the InstaPay daily cap.
- Switch to PESONet or a direct bank transfer, which has no fixed per-transaction cap but settles same or next banking day in batches.
