Account FAQ — Registration, the 21+ Rule and KYC Verification
Your account is where verification, limits and payouts all live. This desk answers the sign-up and KYC questions in plain terms.
Registration and the age rule
Opening an account takes a couple of minutes, but two conditions are non-negotiable and set by PAGCOR, not by us:
- You must be at least 21 years old — the Philippine legal minimum for online gaming.
- One account per person, opened in your own real name to match the ID you will later verify with.
The one-time KYC verification, step by step
KYC is required once, before your first withdrawal. Any one of these government IDs works:
- Philippine passport
- SSS card or UMID
- PhilHealth card
- Driver's license
- PRC ID
Submit a clear photo of the ID plus a selfie / liveness check. The first review takes 24–48 hours; after that your account is cleared and later cashouts skip the step entirely.
Common account problems and fixes
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| KYC rejected | ID name ≠ account name | Update the account name so both match exactly, then resubmit |
| Withdrawal declined | Payout wallet in another name | Withdraw only to your own verified GCash or bank account |
| Can't withdraw yet | KYC still pending | Wait out the one-time 24–48h review; you can still play meanwhile |
| Under-21 flagged | Age on ID below 21 | Accounts for under-21s are closed under Philippine law |
